Hi, I just traveled on Southwest Airlines ORD Terminal and to be honest, it was a much smoother ride than I anticipated—particularly given how crazy O'Hare tends to be. I've traveled in and out of a number of times, and it's easy to get nervous with the throngs of people and the lengthy lines. But Southwest's terminal did seem a bit more laid back and under control, which was a nice surprise.
